In winter season, this mix vegetable soup is a must try. It is super tasty as well as healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 1/2 cup finely chopped
  2. Cabbage 1/2 cup finely chopped
  3. green capsicum 1/4 Cup finely chopped
  4. boil sweet corn 1/4 cup
  5. spring onion green 1/4 cup finely chopped
  6. Onion 1 finely chopped
  7. garlic 7-8 finely chopped
  8. Ginger 1 tsp finely chopped
  9. green chilli 1 tsp finely chopped
  10. red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  11. soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  12. vinegar half teaspoon
  13. corn flour 3 teaspoon
  14. water 5 cup
  15. salt
  16. sugar half teaspoon
  17. pepper powder half teaspoon
  18. fried noodles 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan add garlic, ginger,green chilli and saute for a minute.
  2. now add onion and saute until transparent.
  3. now add carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, boiled corn and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir and add salt, sugar, red chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, pepper powder,
  5. now add 5 cups of water/ vegetable stock and let the soup come to a boil.
  6. Blend 3 teaspoon cornflour in a little water and add to the soup, stirring continuously.
  7. Cook till the soup thicken, add vinegar
  8. lastly add chopped spring onion (green) Serve hot garnished with fried noodles and spring onion (green)
