Spicy and hot soup made from capsicum, carrot, spring onion, Manchow soup is a popular in IndoChinese cuisine recipe. Thus soup is served with fry noodles. Just to gave authentic taste.It is available in large restaurants and street food.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 400 ml water
  2. 1 medium onion/ spring onion(chopped)
  3. 1 medium cabage
  4. 1 medium capsicum
  5. 2 medium carrot(finely chopped)
  6. 1 tbsp finrly chopped ginger
  7. 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  8. 3 green chilli(chopped)
  9. Punch of black papaer.
  10. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  11. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  12. 1/2 cup corn flour
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Fry noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a non stick kadai on a high flame till it smokes.Add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute on a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the cabbage, onion, capsicum, carrots and saute on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stiring occasionally.
  4. Add the salt, soya sauce, mix well and cook on a high flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring well.
  5. Add the prepared cornflour paste, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 more minutes, while stirring
  6. Add the black pepper powder and mix well.Serve immediately topped with fried noodles.
