Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dal tuvar 100gms
  2. 1 medium sized choppedOnion
  3. 1 Tomato medium sized chopped
  4. Tamarind juice half cup
  5. Red chillies 3
  6. Oil half cup
  7. 1tsp mustard seeds
  8. 1tsp cumin seeds
  9. Half tsp methi powder
  10. Half tsp sambar powder
  11. Half tsp turmeric powder
  12. Half tsp chilli powder
  13. Half tsp salt
  14. Pinch asfoeteda
  15. 1tsp jaggery
  16. For Patty..
  17. 80gms holewheat flore
  18. Half tsp salt
  19. 2tsp oil
  20. Carrot half cup
  21. Beans half cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put dal wash and soaked 1 hour
  2. Then transfer to cooker keep cook wait for 3 vissles ..leave for chill after that open and mash the dal kee a side
  3. Mean while take a big mouth bowl put flore,salt,oil mix well
  4. Pour water it moisture it's helps to make soft kneaded doe with palms
  5. Rest the doe at 15mins,,
  6. Then take out doe make role with the help of roller make round shaped
  7. Take each one fold edges with the help of fingers
  8. Press two edges look like pitta
  9. Heat the cadai pour oil add mustard,cumin seeds when it's splits
  10. Add red chilli,garlic crush , Curry leaves,coriander,asfoeted then add vegetables
  11. Keep cook veggeis until it should get soft
  12. Once it's fully soften then add boiled dal paste pour tamarind juice 1cup water on it
  13. Put prepared patty in the cadai pour water cook up to 15mins
  14. Patty should cook along with dal tadaka
  15. Once patty cooked add salt,chilli powder,sambar powder,methi powder,jaggery on it
  16. Once it's boiled get thick fully boiled patty means dish out to the serving bowl
  17. Garnish with coriander ready to serve hot dal patty
