About Badsahi Murg. Recipe

Badsahi murg is very tasty and simple recipe.you can serve with Rice,fried rice,sweet polao,roti or rumali roti.

Ingredients to make Badsahi Murg.

  • chicken 350 gm.
  • curd 4 tsp.
  • onion paste 2 medium size.
  • ginger,garlic paste 2 tsp..
  • tomato pure 2 tsp.
  • salt to teast.
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp.
  • Tandoori masala powder 1tsp
  • Kashmiri redchilli powder 1tsp.
  • cinnamon stick 1 medium size.
  • Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  • White oil half cup.
  • kewra water 1 tsp.
  • Meetha attar 2-3 drops.

How to make Badsahi Murg.

  1. At frist marinated the chicken pieces with all ingredients (curd,pinch of salt,black pepper, tandoori masala powder, Ginger, garlic paste,red chilli powder)and nicely coated all pieces and rest it about for 1hr -1hr 30minutes,keep aside.
  2. Heat the frying pan put oil add cumin seeds,cinamon and after 2 minut add onion paste and cook about 5-7 minutes high flame.now add salt to teste and it well add tomato pure and cook it about 3-4minutes come out the oil.then all marinated chicken pieces.add 1 cup water and cook it about 8-10-5minutes on the low flame cover the pan.after 10 minutes add kewra water and meetha attar mix it well.when you cooked then switch and rest it about 6-7 minutes then serve it.
