Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. Whole wheat flour (aata) 2 cups
  2. Ghee 1 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 1.5 cups
  4. Cardamom powder 1tsp
  5. Chopped dry fruits 1 cup
  6. Milk or ghee for binding

Instructions

  1. Take ghee in heavy bottomed kadhai. Once it is melted add the flour.
  2. Roast the flour on low flame till it becomes aromatic and turns brownish.
  3. Don't stop stirring or the flour might burn.
  4. Add dry fruits and sugar and stir until mixed well.
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well till mixture becomes lumpy and seems it will bind well. Switch off the flame.
  6. Let cool for few minutes until you are comfortable to touch the mixture. Take small portions and shape it into small balls.
