This is very healthy and unique winter special cookies which are full of calcium and potassium. kids will fall in love with this cookies.very nutirious for kids

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 50gm Lotus seed or fox nuts or makhana
  2. half cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cup melted butter
  4. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  5. 2 spoon mix nuts powder
  6. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1 tbsp baking powder
  8. 1/4 tbsp Baking soda
  9. half cup lukewarm milk

Instructions

  1. dry roast Lotus seed in a pan until it becomes light brown
  2. when it becomes cool grind and make powder
  3. now in a bowl add melted butter and powdered sugar and mix and beat well
  4. now add all purpose flour,prepared lotus seedpowder, baking soda baking powder, cardamom powder
  5. Add mixed nuts powder like walnuts,almonds and Cashew
  6. mix well all the ingredients
  7. add milk and prepare a dough
  8. prepare soft dough cover it and rest for 5 to 10 minutes
  9. Make desired shapes cookies with Cookie Cutter.
  10. Decorate with cardamom seeds and raisin. put all cookies in a baking tray
  11. preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake all cookies for 15 minutes
  12. healthy and cute Fox nut cookies are ready.store in a airtight container and enjoy
