ABOUT Sesame Bliss Balls RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup sesame seeds
  2. 1 tbsp pistachios
  3. 2 tbsp cashews
  4. 2 tbsp almonds
  5. 1 tbsp Walnuts
  6. 1 tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  7. 4 deseeded dates
  8. 1 tbsp raisins
  9. 1 tbsp Chia and hemp seeds
  10. 2 Cup jaggery powder
  11. 3 tbsp Honey
  12. ⅓ cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat up a Pan and roast sesame seeds for 5 to 6 minutes
  2. grind all the nuts and seeds in the mixer grinder
  3. Boil water in a Pan and add jaggery powder in it
  4. Form thick consistency of Syrup
  5. Add honey in the syrup
  6. Mix all dry ingredients in the Syrup and roast for 5 minutes
  7. Let the mixture gets cool.
  8. Grease your hands and make Laddoos of the mixture
