Sesame Bliss Balls

Ingredients to make Sesame Bliss Balls

  • 2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 4 deseeded dates
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp Chia and hemp seeds
  • 2 Cup jaggery powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ⅓ cup water

How to make Sesame Bliss Balls

  1. Heat up a Pan and roast sesame seeds for 5 to 6 minutes
  2. grind all the nuts and seeds in the mixer grinder
  3. Boil water in a Pan and add jaggery powder in it
  4. Form thick consistency of Syrup
  5. Add honey in the syrup
  6. Mix all dry ingredients in the Syrup and roast for 5 minutes
  7. Let the mixture gets cool.
  8. Grease your hands and make Laddoos of the mixture
