Sesame rice balls

Ingredients to make Sesame rice balls

  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • Sesame 3 to 4 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch baking soda
  • For stuffing
  • 3 to 4 tbsp kova
  • 2 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • oil for frying

How to make Sesame rice balls

  1. Heat pan add water let it boil
  2. Take a bowl add rice flour salt and baking powder mix well now add little by little hot water and mix it with fork until to smooth and sift dough cover and keep aside
  3. Take a small plate add jobs sugar cardamom powder and chocolate syrup
  4. Mix well and keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes
  5. After 10 minutes keep things ready make rice balks sesame seeds and water
  6. Now take a rice ball make depth to stuff the kova mixtures and seal and make round balls
  7. Then dip it in water and roll it on sesame seeds do for rest of the rice balls
  8. Keep ready meanwhile heat the pan add enough oil
  9. When oil is hot add rice balls fry for 3 to 4 minutes on a medium flame or until done
  10. Serve with chocolate syrup yummy rice ball is ready
