In winter sweet potato Rabdi is very good . It is very easy to cook and quick recipe.
Take a pan add milk start heat . When a boil comes add sweet potato .
Add water , sffron strand ,and milk powder and cook till milk thiknes .
Add cardamom powder and condensed milk and mix .
Add chopped nuts and switch off the flame .
Serve hot or chilled as per your choice . Garnish with almond and pistachio.
