ABOUT Sweet potato with tomato RECIPE

A yummy and tasty side dish made with sweet potatoes, to be served with roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet potato 2 boil
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Red chilli powder 1/4 spoon
  6. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a sweet potato. Boil in the pressure cooker
  2. Then take a pan.add oil .add turmeric powder and add chopped tomato and saute it., add boiled ,peeled and cuted sweet potato in it.
  3. Then add all masala .
  4. Mix well.
