Ingredients to make Truffle Swiss roll

  • 200gms milkmaid(1/2 tin)
  • 60gms marvo butter
  • 120gms all purpose flour
  • 11/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp soda
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2cup water
  • Marco chocolate bar
  • Amul cream

How to make Truffle Swiss roll

  1. Add marvo butter and milkmaid, beat till it gets thick.
  2. Add water and vanilla essence, beat well.
  3. Sieve all purpose flour , baking powder and soda.
  4. Now add that sieve flour in water mixture and beat well.
  5. Now pre heat the oven on 180° for 10 mins and then bake it for 30 mins on 180°temperature.
  6. After baking cover it with cloth and keep aside for 10 mins.
  7. Remove the cake from mould on butter paper after that add butter cream and roll it with the help of butter paper and pack it in butter paper and keep it in freezer for 10 mins.
  8. Then apply truffle (in melted hot chocolate add amul cream) and decorate it.

My Tip:

For butter cream take 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar and beat well.
