Desi spinach crackers

Ingredients to make Desi spinach crackers

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup spinach Puree
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

How to make Desi spinach crackers

  1. Preheat your oven at 250°C for 15 minutes,cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Firstly in a bowl mix flour,salt, sugar and oil ; combine it well.
  3. Then add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes ,mix properly.
  4. Now add spinach puree little by little and prepare a bit tough dough.
  5. Cover the dough ,rest it for 10 minutes.
  6. Make 2-3 balls out of the dough.
  7. Roll it in a thin sheet, sprinkle some dry flour if required.
  8. Now cut it in desired shape with sharp knife or cutter ,and make tiny holes it with fork.
  9. Keep it directly on the baking tray.
  10. Now decrease the temperature, put it on 200°C and bake it for 4-5 minutes.
  11. After 4-5 minutes flip the crackers and bake it again for 4-5 minutes.
  12. Cool it down a little .
  13. Serve it with desired dip.
