DESI HALWA

Ingredients to make DESI HALWA

  • wheat flour 1.5 cup
  • Desi ghee 250 gm
  • almonds 15 chopped
  • sugar 150 gm
  • cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Pitsa 4 chopped

How to make DESI HALWA

  1. 1st add desi ghee on pan add wheat flour
  2. Cook 5 minutes in low flame
  3. When colour change add cardamom powder
  4. Continues stir for 2 minutes
  5. Heat a vessel boil 1 glass of water
  6. Put slightly water on pan &stir it
  7. Add sugar &almonds.cook 2 minutes
  8. Serve with almonds and pistachios

Serve it hot
