Maha Prasad

Ingredients to make Maha Prasad

  • Rava 1.25 kgs
  • sugar 750 gms
  • ghee 200 gms
  • fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1 bowl

How to make Maha Prasad

  1. Take a wide Kadhai and add ghee.
  2. When ghee heated add Rava to it and mix well.
  3. When Rava changes to little Brown Color, add fennel seeds and saute well.
  4. Saute till a nice aroma comes.
  5. At last add sugar and mix everything altogether.
  6. Switch off the gas and put it on a Thali.
  7. Garnish with grated coconut and dry fruits.
  8. Prasaad is ready.

My Tip:

It can be made up of wheat flour too.
