Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
  2. Date palm jaggery - 3/4 cup
  3. Mawa - 4 tbsp
  4. Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Water - 2 tbsp
  6. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat date palm and two tbsp water in a pan on high flame.
  2. Cook for 7 - 8 mins until jaggery syrup is thick
  3. Add fresh grated coconut and mawa and mix well
  4. Cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick consistency
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Once cooled make a shape of ladoo.
