Hershey coconut ladoo

Ingredients to make Hershey coconut ladoo

  • For caramel ladoos:
  • Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
  • Hershey caramel syrup 1/8 cup
  • ghee 1 tsp for greasing palm
  • For chocolate ladoos:
  • Fresh coconut grated 1/2 cup
  • Hershey chocolate syrup 1/8 cup
  • ghee 1 tsp for greasing palm

How to make Hershey coconut ladoo

  1. For chocolate ladoo : Dry roast 1/2 cup coconut till aroma starts
  2. Reduce the flame to low and add chocolate syrup and keep stirring
  3. When the mixture forms mass, remove from Flame
  4. Grease your palm with ghee and make medium sized balls
  5. Let the ladoos cool down completely before serving.
  6. For caramel ladoo:
  7. Dry roast coconut in medium flame till aroma.
  8. Add caramel syrup and mix continuously
  9. Till mixture forms mass
  10. Remove from Flame and make balls out of it

My Tip:

As sweetness is syrup is enough, so no need to add sugar.
