ABOUT Gannas(jaggery cookies) RECIPE

Since everyone has a fond memory of grandmas receipes. I remember my dadi preparing gannas every winter saying having ghee and jaggery in winters(no maida,no sugar, no chemicals,no preservatives) as it is known to produce heat in body..Jaggery has high amount of iron, minerals ,purifies blood, improves quality of skin and hair.,digestion...My dadi used to make various designs on gannas so that we search for our favourite design and have it daily...After many years , I have tried this for my daughter...and she loved it saying . ...Its much better than ready made biscuits...
