Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Amrud 300gms
  2. Sugar 200gms
  3. Ghee half cup
  4. Lemon juice 2tsp
  5. Badam for garnish


  1. Take amruds rinse it the cut by half half on a plate
  2. It should be soft for that al those amruds pieces put into cooker pour water keep cook up to get 3 vissles
  3. After that take put cooked amrud transfer to blender make fine paste
  4. Take a bowl place net transfer to the paste
  5. Keep filter it seeds and rough pieces avoid it will use fine pulp
  6. Transfer the fring pan add sugar,pink food colour add it
  7. Add ghee,l lemon juice on it pan keep stir
  8. 20 it should cook on low flame keep stir it comes be thick and forms nice texture
  9. Once it comes take out transfer to mould leave for chill
  10. Then cut pieces garnish with badam pieces on it
  11. Ready to serve soft,Amrud flavour sweet sour tasty burfi is to have
