Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. One cup all purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Half cup oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  5. half teaspoon baking powder
  6. 15 chopped dates
  7. three fourth Cup milk
  8. CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
  9. half teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Chopped dates soaked in milk for half hour
  2. grind the paste, keep it aside
  3. Pre heat the oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  4. now sift, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder preferably 3 times.
  5. now take a mixing bowl, powder sugar, oil, dates paste, beat it.
  6. add dry ingredients, mix well in cut n fold method using a spatula.
  7. now mix chopped dry fruits in the batter.
  8. add one fourth cup milk, if the batter become too thick.
  9. Pour the batter into greased loaftin.
  10. Sprinkle the almonds slice.
  11. tap it lightly.
  12. baked in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes.
  13. now after 40 minutes, check with knife, if it is bake perfectly or not.
  14. Our dates cake is ready.
  15. Cool slightly.
  16. Slice & serve. Enjoy...
