Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 500 grm Gooseberry (Amla)
  2. 250 gram green chilly
  3. 2 tbspn mustard seeds/Rai
  4. 2 tbspn fennel seeds/saunf
  5. 1 tbspn Fenugreek Seeds/methi dana
  6. 2 tspn salt or to taste
  7. 1 tspn red chilly powder or to taste
  8. 1 tspn turmeric powder
  9. 1 cup Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil Amla till become soft or separates the layers.
  2. Drain and deseed the amla nd keep in strainer for 4-5 hrs or overnight.
  3. Grind coarsly mustard seed, fennel seeds andd fenugreek seeds into a mixture jar.
  4. In a bowl mix all mixture and spices and amla and chilly and mix well.
  5. Add mustard oil nd mix well. If need add more oil
  6. Put the pickle into airtight container and keep in the sunlight for 4-5 days or more.
  7. Our delicious pickle is ready .. serve with chapati/ poori / prantha
