Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup refined flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. 1/4 spoon carom seeds
  4. 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  5. Refined oil
  6. 1 cup green peas coarsely grinded
  7. 1/4 spoon cumin seeds
  8. 1 spoon green chilli ginger paste
  9. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  11. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  13. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds,ginger chilli paste
  2. Add grinded peas and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add salt and other spices
  4. Mix well and stir for 2-3 minutes
  5. Let the mixture cool
  6. Mix refined flour,salt,carom seeds and 2 spoon oil in a bowl
  7. Mix lukewarm water and knead a soft dough
  8. Devide the dough in equal portions and stuff the prepared mixture in it
  9. Roll gently and deep fry in hot oil
  10. Serve with chhole and curd.
