Potato Matar mushroom curry is very easy and tasty recipe and served with bhakri.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup bottom mushroom (cut in pieces)
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped tomato
  4. 1 chopped potato
  5. 1 chopped green chili
  6. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 cup green peas
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  9. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  13. Salt to tast
  14. 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot add chopped potato pices and fry for few minutes, put it on kitchen towel after frying.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then add chopped onion and cook it till the onion gets light golden.
  3. now add ginger garlic paste and cook for few second.
  4. then add chopped tomatoes, mushroom ,green peas, green chillies, fry potato,garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt mix it well.
  5. cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
  6. Then add 1/4 cup of water and cook on low flame till gravy gets thick.
  7. Potato Peas mushroom curry is ready, surve hot with bhakri.
