Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250gm mushroom
  2. 4 onion
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1tsp Kasturi methi powder
  5. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 2tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1/2tsp chicken masala
  12. Handful peas
  13. Handful coriander
  14. 3tbsp fresh cream
  15. 3tsp oil
  16. 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add oil in a pot
  2. Add chopped onion and saute
  3. Add tomato puree and saute
  4. Add salt red chilli powder
  5. Add all the masala except kasturi methi
  6. Add freshly chopped coriander
  7. Saute untill it's brown in color
  8. Add chopped mushroom
  9. Add peas and saute
  10. Add water and let it cook for a while
  11. Add cream when the consistency is medium
  12. In the end add kasturi methi
