In winter carrots are easily available in market so let's try this tasty dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre full cream milk
  2. 4 carrot
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/4 small spoon cardamom powder
  5. 2 spoon chopped dry fruits
  6. 1 spoon ghee


  1. Wash the carrots peel them and grat.
  2. Heat ghee in pan put grated carrots and saute for 4- 5 minutes.
  3. Now add milk and stir well.
  4. When carrot become soft than add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
  5. Cooked again 2-3 minutes then switch off the gas.
  6. Carrot kheer is ready to serve.
