This is very special tea recipe which you will enjoy in the chill of winter's.

Ingredients Serving: 2

6 cup milk
2 teaspoon tea powder
3 teaspoon sugar
1/2 inch ginger
2 green cardamom
1/2 cup cream

Instructions

Boil the milk on medium flame till it gets reduced to three fourth of its quantity.
Now add tea powder, sugar, smashed ginger and green cardamom.
Let it cook for some time till it's color changes to bright brown.
Once it's cooked strain the tea in another pot.
Your special cream tea is ready.
Served hot with rusk.
