Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram dal 1/4 cup
  2. Spinach 1 cup
  3. Coconut grated 2 tablespoons
  4. Jeera 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  6. Chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Garlic 2 number


  1. Soak Dal for 10 minutes
  2. Cook Dal for ten minutes
  3. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Grind coconut here's turmeric powder chilly powder and garlic coarsely
  5. Add ground mixture to spinach
  6. Add salt
  7. Mix well
  8. Switch off flame when boiled
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti
