ABOUT EGGLESS OMELETTE RECIPE

Basicaly omelette is made with egg but i made a twist and make eggless version of omelette its totally healthy and delicious in taste

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Besan 1 1/4th cup
  2. Maida 1/3rd cup
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Salt 1 1/2 tspn
  5. Black salt 1/2 tspn
  6. Water as required to make a thin batter
  7. Baking powder 1 tspn
  8. Butter 100 gm
  9. Chopped tamato 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped onion 1 /2 cup
  11. Chopped green chilly 2
  12. Chopped coriander leaves
  13. 10 bread slices

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add besan, maida and mix properly now add salt, red chilli powder,baking powder and water to make lump free batter.
  2. Make thin batter
  3. Chopped onion,tamato,green chilly and coriander leaves
  4. Heat non stic pan on medium flame add 1 tspn butter to it
  5. Now add onion to it
  6. Now add green chilly
  7. Now add coriander leaves
  8. Now add tomato
  9. Now saute all veggies for a minute add a laddle of batter
  10. Spread a little with laddle add bread slice and and let it cook for a minute
  11. Now turn the bread to other side
  12. Now fold all sides to bread
  13. And cook it properly from both side ready to serve with ketchup
