Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 3/4cup.
  2. Powdered sugar 3/4cup.
  3. Oil/shortening 3/4cup.
  4. Eggs 2nos.
  5. Curd 1/2cup.
  6. Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  7. Vanilla essence 1tea spoon.
  8. Raisins 1/2cup.
  9. Raisin paste 1table spoon.


  1. Preheat oven at 180°c for 10minutes.
  2. Blend egg in a bowl,add sugar and blend moderately.
  3. Add oil,blend with slow speed.
  4. Add vanilla essence and curd.Blend thorouly.Dont hesitate and take your time.
  5. Add raisin paste to oil_egg mixture,blend.
  6. Sieve flour and baking powder.Mix to oil_egg mixture by cut and fold method.
  7. Coat raisins in 1table spoon flour then add to batter.
  8. Grease a6"×4" pan,transfer the batter to the baking pan.
  9. Bake at 170°cfor 30minutes.
  10. Serve.
