Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 packets mushroom
  2. 1 Red bell pepper
  3. 1 Yellow Bell pepper
  4. 1 packet baby corn
  5. 1/4th cup beans
  6. 2 finally chopped onion
  7. 1/4th cup finally chopped green spring garlic
  8. 4 cloves of garlic finally chopped
  9. 4 tblspn amul butter
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tspn red chilli flakes
  12. 1 tspn oregano
  13. 2 green chilli cut into slits
  14. 2 tblspn chopped dil leaves
  15. 2 tblspn coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. First cut babycorn in small pieces and boil it.after boiling keep a side
  2. Now cut both the bell pepper in diced shape and keep a side
  3. Now chopped onion and spring green garlic
  4. Cut mushroom one into two
  5. Now take a iron wok heat in medium flame
  6. Add butter to it and add 1 tsp of desi ghee
  7. Now add green spring garlic and chopped garlic cloves let it saute for a while
  8. Now add chopped onion and cook for a while
  9. Now add mushroom and slit green chilli let it saute in full volume
  10. Add bell pepper,beans and baby corn
  11. Add salt to taste and cook for 5 min in high flame
  12. Now finally add dil leaves,oregano and coriander leaves for garnish
  13. Serve hot enjoy with tea or coffe
