Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cakes of maggie
  2. 1/2 cup french beans (chopped)
  3. 1 big size carrot ( chopped)
  4. 1/2 cup choped capsicum
  5. 1 green chili ( chopped)
  6. 1 big size onion ( chopped)
  7. 1 cup green peas
  8. Maggie masala
  9. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  10. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a vessel,add water,add oil and a pinch salt and boil Maggie.
  2. Wash and chop all the vegetables
  3. Heat kadai, pour oil and roast all vegetables perfectly.
  4. Now add maggie masala, little water, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well.
  5. Now add boiled maggie and turn off the gas.
  6. Maggie is ready , serve hot with tea.
