ABOUT Vermicelli Salad RECIPE

A wonderful light salad is refreshing and enough to fill up for hours. And easy to make and super healthy and tangy taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup vermicili made from whole wheat
  2. 1/4 cup cucumber seeded and shredded
  3. 1/4 cup tomato seeded and long striped
  4. 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  5. 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  6. 3 tbdp coriander leaves chopped
  7. 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
  8. For dressing:- 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 2 tbsp light soya sauce
  10. 2 cloves garlic pressed or minced
  11. 2 todo vegetable oil
  12. 1 small spring salery
  13. 1 red chilli crushed
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drssing:- combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well to combine and set aside.
  2. For salad:- soften the vermicelli noodles in large bowl by covering with boiling water and soaking for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Rinse under cold water drain and add to large bowl.
  4. Combine vermicelli noodles with remaining salad Ingridents.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves.
