Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Vegetable Shortening 100 gms
  2. Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
  3. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  4. powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped almonds, cashews, raisins 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Melt Vegetable Shortening in a double boiler keeping the flame low
  2. Add powdered sugar till it melts and keep stirring
  3. Sieve together cocoa powder and milk powder and add to the sugar mixture
  4. Make sure all is well mixed and in a thick pouring consistancy
  5. Add chopped nuts
  6. Fill each mould with a spoonful of scoop
  7. Deep freeze it till it hardens.
