It is very good dessert for winter because using sesame seeds dates and nuts they are good for health .It's really devious dessert

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For rabdi :-
  2. Til 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 1 and half litter
  4. Sugar 1 /4 cup
  5. For nutty dates cups :-
  6. Seedless dates 2 cup
  7. Almond, cashew ,pista, til , decicated coconut ) 1 cup
  8. Sugar 1 tsp
  9. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For Rabdi:- Take a Kadai put milk and boil it till it becomes 1/4 in quantity and remove the malai from the milk and store on the sides of kadai
  2. Now add sugar and stir well
  3. Now Roast the til for 3-4 mins and grind it
  4. Now add til in Rabdi and cook for 4 -5 mins Now put in refrigerator for chilling
  5. For Nutty Dates Cups :- chop dates and grind it and keep aside
  6. Now roast the nuts and then grind it and keep aside
  7. Now take a pan put ghee and add dates and stir it and add chopped nuts and sugar and stir it again and take it out in a bowl
  8. Now take a cup molds and apply ghee and pour dates mixture and spread properly and put in refrigerator to set
  9. Once the cups are set take them out of refrigerator and unmold them
  10. Cups are ready
  11. Now put Rabdi in cups and Serve chilled
  12. Enjoy delicious dessert
