Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Choley/chickpeas 2cups.
  2. Peaut paste 2table spoon.
  3. Onion pastw 2table spoon.
  4. Ginger garlic paste1table spoon.
  5. Choley masala 2table spoon.
  6. Tomato puree 1cup.
  7. Red chilli powder 1table spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1tea spoon.
  9. Coriander powder 1table spoon.
  10. Ginger powder 1tea spoon.
  11. Amchur powder 1table spoon.
  12. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon.
  13. Green chillies 4nos.
  14. Oil 2table spoon.
  15. Cumin seeds 1table spoon.
  16. Coriander leaves 1table spoon
  17. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpea over night.Boil to tender and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan,add oil and cumin seeds.
  3. Add onion paste and stir for 2minutes on low flame till golden.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,cook till oil separates.Add 1/2cup water and cook on low flame till raw smell goes.
  5. Add tomato puree and peanut paste,stir.Add one cup water and cook on low flame for 5minutes.
  6. Add other spices and stir,add boiled chickpea,2cups water and salt.
  7. Cover and cook on low flame for 10_12 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve.
