Tri Color Chutney

Ingredients to make Tri Color Chutney

  • tomato chutney - 2 tomato, chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • For the Peanut chutney - 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • salt as per taste
  • For green chutney: 1 cup pudina and coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

How to make Tri Color Chutney

  1. Heat a pan, add oil.
  2. Add chopped onion and chilli. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook till tomatoes soften.
  4. Let it cool. Grind into a smooth paste.
  5. Take all the ingredients for the peanut chutney and grind. Keep aside.
  6. Same procedure for the green chutney. Blend all the ingredients together. Serve as shown in the image.
