ABOUT Egg Maggi RECIPE

Today I’m sharing my favorite variation of Maggi, Egg Maggi. It’s a street style dish that I learnt from my mother. She made such delicious egg maggi that it became my favorite snack or a quick lunch. I had never tried egg maggi before and I really loved the idea especially since it makes the maggi more filling!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 packets of maggi
  2. 2eggs
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Onion chopped
  6. Tomato chopped
  7. Coriander chopped
  8. Garlic paste
  9. Oil
  10. 1 Cheese cube
  11. Oregano
  12. Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil and the chopped ingredients.
  2. Fry them with little garlic, salt , one packet of maggi masala, oregano, cheese and pepper.
  3. Add two eggs in it and scramble them for few minutes.
  4. Add little water in it and put the Maggi.
  5. When it comes to boil add another packet of Maggi masala and cook until the water soaks.
  6. Serve it with little chilli flakes and grated cheese.
