ABOUT Chia Chocolate Pudding RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups milk
  2. 1/3 cup chia seeds
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 9-10 dates, pitted
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tsp sea salt
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar except dates.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Soak dates in warm water till they get softened.
  4. Add dates in the last and blend once again.
  5. Transfer this mixture into serving glasses and keep in the fridge for around 4-5 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve chilled with desired toppings such as fresh fruits and whipped cream.
