This is a Yummy dessert in crunchy dry fruits bowl.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup dates chopped
  2. 1 spoon clarified butter
  3. 15 almond chopped
  4. 15 cashew nuts chopped
  5. 1/4 cup coconut grated
  6. 1 spoon elaichi powder
  7. 1/2 cup mawa
  8. 2tsp refined flour
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Six spoon chocolate syrup
  11. 2 silver vark for Garnish

Instructions

  1. First fry almond and cashew nuts in clarified butter.
  2. Now add dates,coconut and elaichi powder.
  3. Saute all the Ingredients well.
  4. Make small bowl with this mixture.
  5. Keep it in a side.
  6. Now mash Mawa and refined flour with using your palm.
  7. Make small balls with this mixture.
  8. Heat the oil and fry all balls on medium heat.
  9. Dip balls in hot chocolate syrup.
  10. Garnish with silver vark.
  11. Served in dry fruits bowls.
