Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1{4 cup oil
  3. 3/4 tbsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/2 cup carrot and orange puree
  6. 1/2 cup cucumber and grapes purée
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 1 1/4 cup powder sugar (adjust your sweetness)
  9. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  10. 1/4 cup Curd
  11. 1 cup milk
  12. 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. For 10 minutes.
  2. In the mixing bowl add sieved flour and sugar, baking powder and soda, salt mix well.
  3. Next add curd, oil, then add milk little by little. Mix in cut and fold method.
  4. After add vanilla essence mix and make a smooth thick flowing consistency batter.
  5. Further divided into 3 parts of the batter and add carrot & orange purée to one part of the batter. Mix well.
  6. Next add cucumber and grapes purée in another one part of the batter. Mix well. White portion of batter is keep aside.
  7. Further take the cake tin and grease with oil or butter. Then pour the cake batter one by one half portion next add on another fruit batter. Make repeat this process until batter is over.
  8. Now take the tooth pick or sharp knife and draw like shown in the image. And bake at 25 to 30 mins in preheated cooker.
  9. After check the cake to inserted by tooth pick or knife. It's come easily and clearly. Our cake is completely baked.
  10. Remove from flame and rest it to completely cool down. Once cake is cool down. Cut and serve the healthy tricolor cake.
