ABOUT Nutty brownie RECIPE

Its fudge chocolate brownie. Now a days I bake more cakes for my son, and he is so much crazy about cakes. I always pefer giving him homemade food than preserved snacks. This nutty brownie is one of his favorite snack because its fudge and gooey. I served this warm with a whipped cream he loves it a lot.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  4. Melted Butter 1/2 Cup
  5. Baking powder 1/3 tsp
  6. vanilla 1tsp
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. Oil 1 tbsp
  9. Salt a pinch
  10. Chopped almonds 10

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add maida cocoa and baking powder and mix well
  2. In another bowl add melted butter sugar and oil. Whisk well. Add hot boiled milk to the mixture and mix well until sugar melts.
  3. Add flour mixture to the wet butter mixture in batches
  4. Keep mixing well till batter is thick and shinny. Add vanilla essence and blend well.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180 deg. Grease the cake pan and place a parchment paper.
  6. Pour in the brownie batter and sprinkel over chopped nuts.
  7. Bake for 20-25 mins. Once cooked allow it to completely cool and cut into squares.
