this simplet protein powder is very healthy and a spoon of this powder is rich in nutrients and completes morning and evening drink for kids

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Basmati Rice-4 tbsp
  2. thoor dhal-2tbsp
  3. urad dal-1tbsp
  4. mung dal-1tbsp
  5. a handful of cashews, pistachios, walnuts and almonds
  6. cardamom-4

Instructions

  1. wash the rich and dals and strain it
  2. heat a pan and dry roast everything seprately till golden brown
  3. cool down completely and to the mixer grind everything to smooth powder except nuts
  4. remove from mixer and now add the nuts and pulse few seconds each time so that the nuts dont release oil.
  5. mix both the nuts and dhal rice powder
  6. our healthy protein powder is ready.. this can be given to infants as porridge and for kids as protein drink by adding to warm mik
