Power packed Protien Bars

Ingredients to make Power packed Protien Bars

  • Oats 2 cups
  • Protien powder 1/2 cup
  • Nuts and seeds (Hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pine nuts, black/green raisins)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate cunks
  • 1 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil/ milk
  • 1/2 cup honey

How to make Power packed Protien Bars

  1. Take 1 cup of rolled oats in a bowl. I used Quaker oats.
  2. Pulse the left 1 cup oats in a mixer till it reaches a powdered form.
  3. Now add protien powder, nuts, rasins, chocolate and oats powder in to the oats. Mix well.
  4. Now in a bowl take peanut butter, coconut oil and honey, heat these for about 30 seconds in a microwave or till it melts properly.
  5. Now pour this mixture over the oats mixture and mix well.
  6. In a sqaure shape bowl spread this mixture and bake for 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 160 degree centigrade.
  7. Please make sure that you grease your bowl well before spreading mixture.
  8. Now let the mixture cool down on a wire rack and after it reaches room temperature cut the bars in rectangular shapes.
  9. You can keep these in refrigerator for almost a month.
