Ingredients to make Power packed Burger

  • Ingredients of patty
  • 1/2cup soya granules soaked and boiled
  • 1/2 cup Dalia soaked and boiled
  • 2 medium size potato boiled and grated
  • 1 Cup masoor daal boiked
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 big onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs + 1/2 cup for coating patty
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • oil for shallow frying
  • Ingredients for tomato mayo sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt n pepper if required
  • For French fries
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Other ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • 6 pine apple slices
  • 6 cheese slice
  • For garnishing
  • Cherry tomato

How to make Power packed Burger

  1. Put all the ingredients of patty a big bowl
  2. Mix it properly
  3. Make patty out of it , coat it in bread crumbs and keep in fridge to set
  4. In a frying pan heat some oil and fry.
  5. Fry from.both sides
  6. Slice burger bun and grill in some butter. Grill pineapple in same pan
  7. Put cheese slice on pineapple slice to melt
  8. Spread tomato mayo sauce on one part and tomato sauce on another pary
  9. Then add lettuce leaves , grilled pineapple , tomato slice and patty.
  10. Secure by her with a toothpick with a cherry tomato
  11. For French fries
  12. Cut potato and wash it two three times
  13. Blanch in boiling water and let it fry on towel
  14. Mix 2 cornflour, rice flour , Maida salt and pepper
  15. Coat potato with this and deep fry
  16. Serve burger with crispy French fries and tomato mayo sauce

My Tip:

Cook masoor dal and Dalia with only that much water which makes it completely dry . This will require less binding agent
