Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread 4 pieces
  2. Butter 2 table spoon
  3. Tomato sauce 4 table spoon
  4. Bhujiya or sev half cup
  5. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  6. Grated cheese half cup
  7. Grated carrot 1 table spoon
  8. Finely chopped capsicum 1 table spoon
  9. Shredded red cabbage half cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chili flacks half tea spoon
  12. Oregano half tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add potatoes , carrot and capsicum
  2. Add red cabbage, grated cheese,
  3. Add salt, chili flacks, and oregano and mix well and keep aside
  4. Cut the sides of bread
  5. Spread tomato sauce
  6. Add vegetables
  7. Cover and grill in a griller pan both sides
  8. Cut sandwich and garnish with bhujiya or sev
  9. Garnish with tomato sauce and serve
  10. Vegetable sandwich is ready
