Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Cremica Ajzwian cracker biscuits
  2. 3 medium size boiled potatoes
  3. one cup green peas
  4. one teaspoon jeera
  5. one teaspoon Rai
  6. half teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder.
  8. 1 tablespoon refined oil
  9. 2tbsp. chopped green Coriander leaves
  10. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. one tablespoon Sewaii

Instructions

  1. first of all boil potatoes in Pressure Cooker for 2 whistles peel them and cut them in 1-1/2" small cubes.
  2. Switch on gas, keep a pan on high flame with oil in it then put Rai and jeera when it Crackles then put both vegetables in it and roast them.
  3. Then add salt-black pepper powder in it and green coriander leaves mix them.
  4. Take a serving plate place bicuits and 1 tbsp. of vegetable on it and garnish it with tomato sauce, sewai or any other ingredients of your choice.
  5. For thrill and curiosity of kids I made ' V ' with one of biscuit. Now will tell kids to find it.
