Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour half cup
  2. Cornmeal 1/4 cup
  3. Oil one tablespoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For filling
  6. Onion chopped 1
  7. Mushroom shop 1/2cup
  8. Paneer chopped half cup
  9. pepper powder one teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 1 tbsp
  12. Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
  13. Pizza sauce 4 tablespoon


  1. Mix wheat flour cornmeal salt and knead into a tight dough
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes
  3. Make proteins out of the dough
  4. In a hot tawa cook the rotis
  5. In a pan add oil and saute onion
  6. Add mushrooms to the onion and saute
  7. Add pepper salt and mix well
  8. Cook it covered for 2 minutes
  9. Add chopped paneer
  10. Let it cool
  11. Cut tortillas into small pieces
  12. Spread pizza sauce over it
  13. Keep filling on the tortillas and roll it into a cone
  14. Keep some mozzarella cheese over each cone
  15. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees bake it for 5 minutes
  16. Serve hot with mayonnaise sauce
