Fruit Cream

Ingredients to make Fruit Cream

  • Hung curd : 1 cup
  • Sweet whipped cream : 1 cup
  • Mixed fruits (tinned) : 1-1/2 cup drained and chopped
  • For sweet whipped cream :
  • Amul fresh cream : 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 1 cup or to taste

How to make Fruit Cream

  1. For sweet whipped cream :
  2. Mix cream and icing sugar in a bowl and keep it in a freezer for 1 hour. Now take it out and whisk it with a beater till soft peaks are formed.
  3. For fruit cream :
  4. In a bowl take hung curd and cream. Mix them very softly with a spoon so that both of them should combine properly.
  5. Add chopped fruits in it and mix. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Pour it in serving plate and place the cherry on top.
  7. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

I used tinned mixed fruit cocktail. Instead of this fresh fruits can also be used. I used icing sugar because it dissolves quickly, normal powdered sugar can also be used.
