Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Round piece of cake 1
  2. Vanilla ice cream 2 cups
  3. Egg whites of 2 eggs
  4. Castor sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice a few drops

Instructions

  1. Line a cling film inside a bowl. Put the ice cream. Top with the piece of cake.
  2. Cover with the cling flim.
  3. Keep in the freezer for 6 hours.
  4. Beat the egg whites with lemon juice. Add sugar little at a time. Beat until peak forms.
  5. Take out the bowl from the freezer. Remove the cling flim. Turn it.
  6. Cover it with the meringue and make swril with the help of a fork.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 3 minutes at 200 degree centigrade. Keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
