Cookies made attractive to kids with colour sugar

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Coloured sugar balls 1/4 tsp
  8. Flax seeds 1/4 tsp ( optional)
  9. Choco chips 1/2 tsp( optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar till it's soft
  2. Add essence and mix well
  3. In a bowl mix maida baking powder and salt
  4. Add this mixture to the butter mixture
  5. Knead softly
  6. Make balls and flatten it to a disc with fingers
  7. Shape it to butterflies
  8. Decorate with sugar balls flax seeds and choco chips
  9. Preheat oven at 130 degrees and bake till it's crispy
