Veggie Chicken Tahari

Ingredients to make Veggie Chicken Tahari

  • chicken 400 grams
  • Basmati rice 1 and half cups
  • Card one cup
  • Dice carrots half cup
  • Dice colliflower 8 to 9 pieces
  • Dice potato 1 cup
  • Slits green chili 2
  • Chopped onion two tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  • ginger paste one teaspoon
  • garlic paste one tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon stick 1 inches
  • cloves 4
  • Byleave 1
  • salt to taste
  • White oil to tablespoons
  • ghee 1 tablespoon
  • Hot warm milk 1 cup
  • Hot water 3 Cup

How to make Veggie Chicken Tahari

  1. first in a large bowl add chicken pieces, curd, onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, jera powder and marinet the chicken 20 minutes.
  2. in a pen add oil splutter whole spices.
  3. add chopped onions and fry for few minutes then add marinated chicken and mix well and cook for few minutes.
  4. after few minutes add all vegetables, washed rice and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Now add hot water and milk mix.
  6. Add enough salt cover and cook.
  7. When water dries out and the rice, chicken and vegetables all most done.
  8. Then add green chili slits, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and 1 teaspoon ghee.
  9. Mix well cover and cook it for 15 minutes on low flame.
  10. After 15 minutes ready to serve healthy rice.
